Our Notable Alumni

We honour our finest alumni

The highlight event on our annual calendar is the Telfer School of Management Gala of Excellence. At the 2016 event, which was held at the Ottawa Convention Centre on October 15, 2016, we honoured five outstanding alumni for their contributions to the world of business, their community and alma mater:

David Adamson (EMBA 2007), Dr. Jack Kitts (EMBA 2001) and Wendy Muckle (MHA 1988) were awarded the Trudeau Medal, the highest honour given by our school to alumni.

Kyle Braatz (BCom 2009) earned the Young Achiever’s Award, created to honour individuals under 40 who have achieved greatness in their lives within an exceptionally short period of time.

Myron Tetrault (BAdm 1988) received the Dean’s Philos Award, which recognizes individuals who have demonstrated outstanding philanthropic achievement and social commitment.
