The Student Services Centre offers a variety of services through our Undergraduate Office, the International Exchange Program and Scholarships, the Telfer School’s Career Centre, and the Student Experience and Recruitment Office.

Our in-person service remains available, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at DMS 1100.

Please go directly to the Student Services Centre at DMS 1100 and stand in line to wait for your turn to be served by an academic officer.

Our virtual service remains available from 9:00 AM to noon and from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

To speak to an academic officer, please proceed through the Qless platform for virtual service by adding yourself to our queue.

Academic officers can help students for questions related to:

Enrollment (add/drop a course, change sections, find a space in a course)
Academic regulations
Telfer Career Centre services
Request for advanced standing

Please note that between September 2^nd and 19th 2025, our academic specialists will meet with students during walk-in sessions on a first-come, first-served basis. every weekday, from 9:00 a.m. to noon and from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.* only for the following reasons:

Course sequence for graduating students in 4th year
Conditions of admission (make-up course in math or English)
Academic standing

* please note that we may have to stop taking walk-ins earlier depending on wait times.

You will need to speak to an academic officer who will be able to confirm the walk-in times and/or put you on the walk-in list to see an academic advisor. To speak to an academic officer remotely, add yourself to our queue.
