This degree is completed part time over 30 months. The start date of the program is fall 2016. A blended learning approach will create a more stimulating and dynamic environment. There will be approximately seven in-class sessions of two or three days each. The online learning sessions ensure participants have frequent engagement with classmates and professors and provide flexible access to course material, while reducing travel and saving time. You will also learn to manage not only across borders and cultures but also with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
The program also includes an international study tour, which provides first-hand experience in various complex environments and opportunities to speak to seasoned leaders about their reality.
The coursework is further enhanced with personal development opportunities and access to professionals, who will provide coaching and mentoring that cater to the course and workplace needs.
