Haggle was created by three members of the Telfer Executive MBA's Class of 2016, Deepali Bhatt, Jamie Beaudry and Chaba Sabo as an outcome of research they had completed for one of their projects regarding SMEs. 

'Our “a-ha!” moment came when we were sitting in a pub in downtown Ottawa as a part of class gathering and discussing the plight of SME and our own business achievements.'

Haggle is one of the newest additions to the procurement industry and is providing the industry with a new business model for their services. It is a low-cost and flexible local procurement company for private SME,  leveraging the global marketplace to negotiate the best deal for clients and delivers savings by multi-sourcing the procurement items.

Jamie Beaudry

amie is an experienced leader, with over fifteen years of progressive experience in operations, marketing, business development, and strategy. With a strong knowledge in project management, vendor management, contract management and international shipping processes, Jamie has been responsible for multi-fund budgets in the upwards of $10 million. He is a dedicated professional and an outstanding communicator with a strong work ethic and an ongoing goal of exceeding client’s expectations. He is currently finishing a Masters of Business Administration at the Telfer School of Business at the University of Ottawa. When he is not busy haggling and scouring the world, he can be found playing sports or spending time with his family and friends.

Deepali is a driven and experienced professional with ten plus years of business experience in media, marketing and communication. She is currently pursuing her Executive Masters in Business Administration at Telfer School of Management from University of Ottawa. Her eclectic career arc in IT, media, banking and non-profit sector allowed her to constantly remain up-to-date with the latest industry trends and develop a hands-on, transparent and flexible professional mind-set, while getting acquainted with all the personal and practical skills needed to offer the best possible performance. When she is not busy haggling (which she absolutely loves!), you would find her spending some leisure time at the beach with her loving husband and two beautiful kids.

Chaba is an accomplished, motivated and multi-lingual business consultant and an engineer who is recognized as a trusted advisor in growing business, increasing revenues and reducing overhead costs across businesses in Canada. With an extensive experience of 17 years in providing excellent customer service and establishing strategic partnerships to increase channel revenue Chaba is skilled in driving business improvements to gain a competitive edge through team building and analytical problem-solving. His business acumen and clear communication skills have ushered his clients into heightened success. When not haggling Chaba loves to spend quality time with his wife and daughter exploring the Canadian wilderness canoeing and fishing.
