Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
The MBTI is a personality questionnaire used to sort and describe people's preferences for how they like to acquire information, make decisions, and orient their lives. The MBTI helps to promote a greater understanding of self and others, creates awareness and acceptance of different communication styles, and leads to the ability to prevent and better deal with conflict.
