Telfer Connects (TC)
Held annually in September, TC provides 3rd- and 4th-year students with the opportunity to meet employers from a range of industries who are looking to recruit Telfer graduates. A networking event more than a typical career fair, Telfer Connects Virtually is the opportunity to connect with employers this fall!
This fall 2023, TC is in person!
On September 14, 2022, all 3rd- and 4th-year Telfer undergraduate students can attend Telfer Connects In-person and meet with prospective employers, boost their marketing packages, plan their careers, etc.

Telfer Networks (TN)
Held every winter in January, TN enables ALL Telfer undergraduate students to meet with leading employers who are looking to fill part-time, summer, contract, or full-time positions. Don’t miss this opportunity to practice networking while also finding out directly from employers which skills, academic backgrounds, and qualifications they are looking for.
This winter 2024, TN is entirely in-person!
On January 18, 2024, all Telfer undergraduate students can attend Telfer Networks in person and meet with prospective employers, boost their marketing packages, plan their careers, etc. This year, as we are fully back on campus, this major event will take place in Desmarais, room 4101 (Camille Villeneuve).

Virtual Workshop: Let’s Talk What to Expect at a Telfer Networking Event
Do you feel ill prepared to meet potential employers? Are you stressing about attending a Telfer networking event? Watch this short video to help you prepare for Telfer Connects or Telfer Networks and learn how to put your best foot forward professionally and maximize your networking opportunities at the event. In addition, we will organize two one-hour bilingual Q&A sessions where you can ask all the questions you may have after viewing the video.

Startup Career Fair
The Startup Career Fair will be held in-person on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, and you can register through Career Launch at cldc.telfer.uOttawa.ca.
Held annually in November as part of Global Entrepreneurship Week, this event offers all uOttawa students and alumni the chance to meet selected Ottawa startups and next-generation companies looking to hire young talent. Held in an informal setting, students will have a chance to connect with some of the region’s hottest and most innovative companies.
The Telfer Startup Career Fair is an event hosted by the Telfer School of Management Career Centre, open to students and recent graduates from all faculties and programs of the University of Ottawa.
