Over the years, she developed an expertise in talent management and development, HR strategies, total compensation strategies, performance management, and organizational effectiveness. She is highly respected by her fellow colleagues and is well known for her excellent ability to listen and to mentor.

Renée has a PhD in Industrial Relations from Laval University, a Master’s in Industrial Relations from Université du Québec en Outaouais and an Honours degree in Economics from Université de Sherbrooke.
