Message from the Vice-Dean (Research) Dr. Wojtek Michalowski

Wojtek Michalowski

Thank you for visiting the Telfer School research pages.

I hope that you will take this opportunity to learn more about what differentiates us as a research-intensive business school committed to delivering outstanding research-based graduate programs and an unrivalled graduate student experience.

Our graduate programs bring together excellence in research with relevance to practice. Prospective students who have in mind the M.Sc. in Management, the M.Sc. in Health Systems, or the Ph.D. in Management programs can expect to benefit from interactions with committed faculty and immersion in a vibrant, interdisciplinary research culture that will expose them to a variety of research paradigms.

We have established collaborations with researchers at other leading universities around the world, with the private sector, and government agencies. Through those connections, our students can learn from the best and gain valuable real-world experience.

While our innovative thinkers contribute to all management fields, what makes the Telfer School faculty distinct is our three strategic areas of expertise: Analytics and Performance, Health Systems Management, and Entrepreneurship and Innovation.

In addition to these areas, we do high impact research in Management and Marketing, in Finance and Accounting, and in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management.

If you are a potential graduate student and would like to learn more about the impactful ideas developed at the Telfer School, I encourage you to explore our faculty profiles or visit the links to our research-based graduate programs.
