Establishing a coaching culture creates high performing organizations and this unique program is designed to help you strategically implement the elements required for creating a coaching culture shift in your organization. In this program you will sharpen your personal capacities as a coaching leader, and develop your strategic skills in defining and initiating a coaching culture.

Eighteen years later, he obtained his graduate certificate in executive coaching at the University of Royal Roads (CEC) and his professional coaching certification from the International Coaching Federation (PCC).
