This presentation highlights the ongoing work of the Health Outcomes and Performance Evaluation (HOPE) team at the Institute for Mental Health Policy Research, Centre for Addiction and Mental Health on the supply of psychiatric care in Ontario. New analysis investigates the extent to which current levels of psychiatric care are aligned with population need, as well as the implications this has for policy-makers and the delivery mental health and addictions services in Ontario.

À propos du conférencier (en anglais seulement)

David Rudoler is currently an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology and the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation at the University of Toronto (status only). He is also a Project Scientist at the Institute for Mental Health Policy at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health. David has publications in a number of top health services journals, including Health Economics, Health Services Research, and Social Science & Medicine. His current research interests focus on the supply of mental health and primary care services, and the impact of incentives on provider behaviour. David received his PhD in health services research from the Institute of Health Policy, Management, and Evaluation at the University of Toronto.
